Anyone 18 years of age or older can take a certification with us. You don’t need previous industry experience
Do you love fitness and exercise? Do you want to help others get more active and discover the joy of working out? Do you want a different (or better) career? Or do you just love learning brand new things? If your answer was ‘yes’ to any of these, then NLASS is probably right for you. Speak to one of our Fitness Education Advisors to find out for sure though.
It depends on you and the program you take. When you start, you have three months to finish. You can join the Fast Track program and complete the Certified Personal Trainer program in four weeks. Or you can complete it in 12 weeks through a self-directed study path. Or take it at your own pace.
As an NLASS-certified trainer, you can work at gyms independently or online. NLASS certification is accepted in most franchise gyms around the world.
Your certificate will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business days after you pass the certification exam. NLASS sends certificates by mail to all parts of the world.
